Ken,

Hello. After I had firmly decided on a new watch and actually placed an order, I decided to surf leisurely and ran into your site. I was immediately captivated. I have been involved in e-commerce and have conceptualized and led the design and implementation of several high-profiles sites, but your approach was truly unique. The unorthodox website clearly signaled to me that you were courting the visitor, offering your thoughts and feelings, proposing a friendship. I read on. I was, to say the least, further intrigued.

Here was a merchant, which, paramount to him, were, one, appreciating the beauty of his offered craftsmanship and art and, two, building genuine long-term relationships. I did not realize such fairy tale merchants still existed. Honestly, I have been quite disillusioned by the onslaught of wholesale discounters and sterile mass customer service centers. I am a watch fanatic and snob. I love them. And if you'll allow me, on my first visit to the site, I felt I have finally found someone who I can trust to guide me, perhaps mentor me, in better appreciating them. I immediately returned to the website where I had, a few minutes before, placed an order. I promptly retrieved the order and canceled it. I was drawn enough to seriously consider a pre-owned Rolex from Capetown.

Now for the realistic boundaries: I am currently pursuing my Master's in Business at Stanford University. Hence, being a student, my budgets are naturally limited. I, therefore, decided to restrict my interest - for now - to four Rolex pre-owned models.

Ken, can you help me identify one that is a great deal, in great shape, and affordable to me? I would much appreciate your latest listing of special discounts on the models of my preference above.

Thank you very much and looking forward to your response.

Sincerely,
Rani Saad
