I just want to say thank you for the way you handled the repair of my Patek Philippe wrist watch. There are a lot of companies selling watches these days but I doubt if very many of them would be as understanding and generous as you have been about this repair under the warranty - very classy! I treasure this watch and I have been very happy with it right up to this point - it makes me feel good when I wear it knowing it is one of the finest.

Ken your advice to me has been invaluable - you actually got me started on a small collection of watches and I have stayed with Rolex as you suggested - resale is not my objective at this time but sometime in the future who knows? I heard about your stroke and hope that you will improve steadily and soon be back to your rare form - you are definitely one of a kind!
