Dear Carl: As you're aware, I recently sent you my $45,000 Girard Perregaux perpetual calendar chronograph for a complete movement overhaul, timing and service as well as an external refinishing and repatina of the 18K case and deployant clasp. If you also recall, both the inner highly polished thin bezel and the outer brushed thicker bezel were laden with dings which bothered me so much I actually considered selling the watch. I am writing to thank you and your family for taking absolutely fabulous care of me and my watch. You really impressed me with the first class way you took care of me from beginning to end, and the quality of your service - all for a price that was extremely fair and even lower than your initial estimate. That you went the extra mile to eagerly meet my special delivery request, and turned around the watch in about a week's time makes me feel very smart in doing business with you. The entire watch and bezels appear brand new even under very close inspection, and the watch is keeping perfect time. To say I'm satisfied is the understatement of the year.
